Working Principle-

Raw Material Preparation: Prepare the mixed raw materials such as minced fish and pour them into the molding tank.

- Forming process: Hydraulic cylinder 1 drives the driving ring down, sliding the slider to the opening of the forming trough through the movable rod; Hydraulic cylinder 2 drives the connecting ring down, and the rod shaped molding piece passes through the round perforation of the slider to enter into the molding trough, and squeezes the mixed raw material to make it fill in the gap between the molding trough and the rod shaped molding piece.

- Heating and molding: the mixing material in the molding trough is heated by the heating device, so that it forms a hollow column-shaped bamboo wheel roll.

- Demolding: After molding, the hydraulic cylinder II drives the connecting ring to rise up, the rod-shaped molding piece detaches from the molding slot, and the slider blocks the rod-shaped molding piece, so that it leaves the molded bamboo wheel rolls in the molding slot.
